Hello,
The problem is that the fps counter in obs To the bottom right is broken.
When i have my obs on my secend monitor and a game on my first monitor and i move in the game like rainbow six siege then is the fps counter from obs not 60 but 30-40 or lower.
And i'm not recording or streaming then.
If i stream cs go there is no problem i stream then in 720 p en 60 fps.
But if i wanne stream gta 5 rainbow rocket league that kind of games then is the fps to low for streaming. In game fps is really good but the fps in obs is really broken.
I already tried xsplit but i have there the same problem.
