Question / Help OBS LAGG ON GOOD PC

Hello,

My obs is lagging when i'm streaming of recording.
Pc Specs.

Processor: Intel Core i7-6700K
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock 3
Memory: 16 GB Corsair Vengeance LED 2.666Mhz
Motherboard: MSI Z170A GAMING M5
SSD 1: Samsung 750 EVO 250GB
HDD 1: 2TB WD Blue
HDD 2: 2TB WD Blue
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1080 GAMING X 8G
Power Supply: Corsair RM750x
Case: Corsair Graphite 780T Black

Can you guys please help me?
I don't know how i can fix this problem.
I download obs on my ssd an hard drive but nothing is working.

I can not upload a file. I don't now why.
