OBS Lag- Game not, cap 60 game, obs no lag

Hi! When i play the game on unlimated frames or caped obs stop lags. I just wonder why.
I play on a Ryzen 7 3700X, 32GB 3200mhz and msi armor 1060 6gb and obs lags when the game not caped to 60 fps.
Feeling like it should work fine and i have tested encoding with the gpu and the cpu and nothing changes. Ant ideés how to fix?
