Question / Help OBS lag and stutter

So I wanna start streaming again just so i can have vods to rewatch. when i play my game while streaming it works great 0 fps loss/stutter but i look at the vod and it's moving frame by frame like a PowerPoint presentation, I added my last log and internet speeds. pls help

GPU: Radeon RX 580 8 GB

PSU: RMx 550 W 80+ Gold ATX

Have yo solved your problem? Same thing here, someone told me they can only be the "upload"
My config: ryzen 5 2400g, 16gb ram, 1050ti, 120mb/s 10upload
I know people with config worse than these and can stream smoothly.
