From startup, I can play Rocket League, League of Legends, and games of the like at 200+ fps. The second I open OBS, though, my frames drop down to 35-60. This is without recording; the issue arises when I open OBS and persists when I close it as well. Frames don't go any higher than 100 after OBS is closed out.
