OBS keyboard on Linux (right side) not working for control keys

When mapping shortcuts, I can set control keys like: ALT, WIN (META), CTRL (from both left and right sides).
However when I go to use them only the keys on left side will work, I believe this is a bug in OBS.

My System shortcuts with control keys work on both sites.

I am using OBS 27.0.1.
