OBS keeps saying, failed to start stream, update drivers

This latest update keep saying failed to start stream, and something about updating drivers, pops up as a window when I click start streaming. Can't do a log file because it won't let me stream. Records fine with no issues, beautifulsound and picture.
If I roll back to version 29.1.3 it works fine, but I lose the multi stream, multi chat and the use of S.E Live add on. What's going on? Any help or fixes that anyone knows of?

I'm streaming from my PS5 to capturecard through my laptop havnt had any issues like this before, so it has me quite perplexed
