Bug Report OBS keeps overloading after PC Reset

when i started using OBS it worked better than anything. after like 1 week i decided to reset my pc. download obs again,started using it again,but it always says recording overloaded,somebody please explain.

i dont have a log,just reset pc and it keeps overloading

So, even when you're not recording, it says recording overloaded?

no,when i record it always does that

every time you open OBS it has a log. follow the link I gave you above, try recording for 30 seconds and then stop. Then post that specific log.
