Obs keeps freezing

Hello,

I hope someone can help me. Obs keep crashing after a while (3-4 mins). It doesnt matter the scene. After a while it just freezes and I cannot do anything but to kill it via task manager.
Im on Win 11 Pro and my PC is quite new. I have the newest Nvidia drivers.
I already uninstalled obs, changed my scenes, restarted PC etc. I could stream like for 2 hours earlier without problems and then suddenly the GPU hit 100% out of nowhere and obs crashed.
I had GPU hardware accelerated gpu scheduling off and it turned it back and it seems worse.

I tried multiple things via yt/tutorials and I cannot fix it.

I disabled GPU hardware accelerate again, restarted my PC and run a stream again. It worked for like 40 mins without problems and then suddenly the FPS went down and I was losing a lot of frames.

Attached the log for it.
