OBS keeps freezing on a frame randomly.

Hey guys i keep getting a random freeze frame during a stream/recording and even just when the camera is in idle. i have to disconnect and reconnect the device in order for it to resume, it will happen at any random time. my cpu is only at 20% and ram at 50%
any help would be awesome, thank you

I'm not showing any errors in OBS on that logfile. You may need to reach out to Elgato Support; it appears the only source in your scene is a Camlink? If that's messing up and only sending a still image, OBS can't really fix that, Elgato will have to address it.
