Question / Help OBS keeps freezing but still recording (I did read other threads)

I have followed everything I can find online, in forums, and on youtube and I still cannot record more than 4 minutes of Video before it freezes. When it freezes it still records but records frozen without audio. It is a PTZ camera and my Laptop CPU is an i7-4600
