hello after doing some reading on dropped frames and lag I still cannot figure out why obs keeps dropping frames no matter what I do so I have attached a log file to see if someone can have a better idea of why my frames are dropping so bad on youtube or twitch no matter how many times I test obs?

Start removing all the plugins as your computer may not be enough powerfull for all of this, specially streamfx. Only keep the ones you use and you know don't break the stream/recording.
Only 1 type of capture per scene. Create a different scene for a different capture method.
Streaming at 531kbps is excessively low.
sorry that I just now replied and thank's for trying to help I am back with more info I deleted streamfx plugins,droid plugin and other plugin's for now and switched to hardware nvenc yesterday after reading the replie's I still experienced dropped frames I have an i5 6600k at 3.5ghz,a total of 24gb of ram with two 8gb pny anarchy and two 4gb adata ram dimm's,and an evga geforce 750 ti clocked at 2gb I am about to test another stream and yeah 531kbps is low and I am limited for now hoping for a change later but I figure after looking at speed chart's I would be able to stream at 480p atleast with what I am supposed to be getting as far as upload speed I have streamed from this pc before with no problem's and streaming from my cell phone the other day worked without issue I will test a stream on my phone again as well as test a stream on my pc to compare I will be back to see if anyone has anything else
