OBS keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

So I’m on Kick and it disconnects and reconnects and it’s very frustrating. I tried to stream on YouTube and I have no problems. Never messed with settings, anyone know of a fix for this?

You have to contact Kick's support as it's an issue on their end.
You can also try lowering the kbps.

I am having similar issues, my kb/s is constantly going from like 14000 to 0 and my streams are dropping.
I have reset routers, updated my computer and drivers, my internet is running fine so I am at a loss.
The issue has plagued for a bout a week and half.

As far as I know you can't stream at 14000 Kbps to Kick as it's limited to 6000 kbps and 8000 kbps like Twitch.

Why does it shoot up to that far then drop?

I have tried messing with the bit rate but the stream just shuts off. I have tried the R1 test thing and it is saying I am not in the ball park to stream. I don't get what happened between now and last week?
