OBS keeps disconnecting and reconnecting for Niconico

Since around last month, my obs no longer works for Niconico site. It works for twitch. I cannot stream anything to it because it is connected but before sending any data it will disconnect. In result, nothing is streamed.
I have attached one sample log files. I am completely lost, I am not sure what is causing it.

You likely have a routing issue between your computer and the niconico streaming ingest servers then.
