Bug Report OBS Keeps Deleting my Audio settings SUPER FRUSTRATED

I keep having OBS delete all of my audio settings for all of my audio devices, and when I close, reset all of them and plug them back in and restart OBS, it just wipes all those settings and filters and the VST plugins I've spent several hours setting up. I've about had it with this happening every few days.

It says [Device not connected or not available] if I've ever unplugged something and plugged it back in, and then it just forgets all my filters and VST plugins and acts like they've never existed.
