i have not but i did update them recently and that also gives an error

Hi infinitygamerXL! OBS Studio tends to hate AMD Codecs.
I've ever had so much troubles before with my GTX 470, then my pc had to get upgraded to an AMD system.
Try a clean installation of OBS (Save your settings incase!)
If that helps, it could be plugins if you installed any. If no, well. I cannot help you I'm afraid.
