Question / Help Obs keeps crashing

This is not a crash log. Can you grab the crash log details?

Press WinKey+R or go to Start > Search and type %APPDATA%\obs-studio\crashes and then press enter. Find the log with most recent timestamp on it, open it, and copy the contents to https://gist.github.com/ and then link here.
 
Something called the:

FrescoLogic Proxy Display Driver

Is what is causing your crashes. It's interfering with OBS' normal operation. Does that sound familiar?
 
Looks like it might be associated with some sort of USB monitor adapter cable? Are you using anything like that?
 
I would check your installed programs for some kind of displaylink or anything from the FrescoLogic provider.

Unfortunately, I can't really help more as I have no visibility into your PC.
