Bug Report OBS keeps crashing upon startup. Cause C922 w/ personifyme not plugged in

OBS keeps crashing upon startup.

Not sure why this started,m I reinstalled the latest version and that worked fine until I closed OBS and tried tom reopen it.

I have attached the latest crash log.

After more torubleshooting. It seems OBS crashed when my webcam (used with personifyme) is not plugged in. When it's plugged in, there are no issues.
 
I get this exact same issue. My camera is a Logitech c922 and I use the Personify Me function for removing my background (no space for greenscreen). When the camera isn't plugged in OBS crashes immediately. This wouldn't be an issue normally, but sometimes I don't have access to my camera but need to do something on OBS for other projects.
