OBS keeps crashing on launch

[CoreBrute]

It crashed suddenly yesterday while I was streaming online, and now when I try to open it, whether in safe mode or normally, it crashes before it opens.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it still happens.

OBS crashes when opening

I saw some others having similar issues, but I've tried a lot of things without much luck so far. Every time I try to open OBS, it says that it didn't shut down properly during the last session. It prompts to run either in safe mode or normally, and no matter which I choose, the program...

You may try OBS portable mode in different folder (read after the "if it was not clear" words): https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...»-when-opening-app-settings.82157/post-346499

Or you may try to move the "%APPDATA%\obs-studio\shader-cache" folder to other place on your PC (Ctrl + X, Ctrl + V) and then start OBS again (OBS will create new shader cache on startup, it may or may not work for you).
