OBS keeps crashing in all of my games. Please help me.

I am in a spot of bother to be honest. Every single one of my games keep crashing after a few minutes of play.

I have top of the end spec parts

RTX 4090
intel i9-4900k
128gb ram
3440x1440p monitor samsung oddessey g5 100hz

I have my quality settings to
indistinguishable quality
.mkv file
NVENC, AV1
AAC

That could be a limitation on the AV1 encorder. A search on the webs shows this could be the case.
Try using HEVC instead.

Ultrawide isn't something people normally use.
