Question / Help OBS Keeps Crashing but only when I use NVENC encoder

Hello! OBS Studio keeps crashing for me. I click Start Recording, there is a few secs delay, and then it says OBS has crashed! However this only happens when I use the NVENC encoder. I tried changing to x264 encoder and then it lets me start recording. my NVIDIA is up to date. The issue is I must use NVENC encoder because it is the only encoder that isn't overloaded when I stop recording. Can anyone help me please?
