Bug Report OBS Keeps Crashing 5-10 Minutes after Starting

As the title says, it keeps crashing. I stream daily at 9PM, and no matter when I start streaming to test out my connection, anywhere from 8:50-9 I get a crash. Not only that, if I restart OBS, I can't get it to work because it says that my elgato is in use by another device. So I have to restart the whole computer.

So this happened again yesterday, I have a stream tonight and would like this to not happen again. I'm a new youtuber and having this happen at the start of each stream makes me look like an amateur. Help would be greatly appreciated.
