Question / Help OBS issue transferring to iMovie

Hello!
So when I record with OBS and transfer the video to iMovie, it only records the last 40 seconds or so. Also the video is really laggy when played back! Please help me if you can!

Try mov recording format.
Adjust recording quality so it plays well on your system.
