!OBS issue, please help. OBS, how to use 2 instances for 2 sites with 1 CAM?

OBS, i want 2 instances of OBS, from ONE cam source, without using a re-stream service.The sites i want to broadcast, is not on the re-stream service and they want me to pay a fee to load them.
I want to know how to PUSH to 2 sites, 1 cam, and how you use control keys for both sites.
Please help !!!
