obs isn't launching in Fullscreen where I can use the application.

when I go to open obs and it launches successfully it doesn't go into Fullscreen where I can use the application I've tried to launch it through my files Aswell as from my desktop shortcut I've also deleted it and redownloaded it any ideas what could cause this or how to fix it would be helpful.

When I open OBS, it's opened and has filled my monitor screen completely. I can click on the lower right corner and drag the cursor towards the center of my monitor, which then shrinks the OBS window. I then exit OBS, open it back up and the OBS window is still shrunk down to where I made it before I closed out of it.
I then click on the lower right of the window, drag my cursor to the corner of my monitor, which makes the OBS window as big as my monitor. I can exit OBS then and when I open up OBS, it's at the full screen size, just like it was when I exited last.
