When I stream on Twitch I find when I watch it back it is very choppy and I'm curious if anyone can help me improve my OBS settings to maybe fix this issue.
I'm using an Aver media live gamer portable 2 plus capture card. I'll give you any info you need to help fix this issue.

You can start to see the issue like a minute in where it just starts to look like a slideshow at times. My internet download is 50-60 MBPS and my upload is 6-11 MBPS. 6 is on the lower side I'm usually sitting at 10 or so when I stream.
