Question / Help OBS is using all my cpu

When I launch OBS it uses 90 percent cpu. How do I fix this?

I'll give as much info as possible
Processor: AMD-A8 5500 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.20 ghz
Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB (7.40 gb useable)
System type:64-bit Operating System x64-based processor

Hi,

The CPU you have is weak hence its using it all, I wouldn't expect it to be able to give you great results.
