Fresh windows install with latest Nvidia and Visual C drivers
OBS and only OBS is struggling. The game (TARKOV) runs fine in 4k. On OBS side it shows no dropped frames and stable bitrate at 6k. However, the app struggles a lot, preview chugs along at 1fps. Most of the time it's in almost Not Responding state. Anything I try to press or do with the app like recising it takes a while, the app brakes for half a minute and then does what I ask. On bottom left it tells me to lower preset but it's already low. It also makes chrome (I have it opened with creator dash) to run poorly as well. Also, on creator dash on twitch bitrate is in red. Using Nvidia Nvenc H264.

The thing is, it didn't do it before windows reinstall, I could stream well even on the slowest preset so I was wandering if I need any other drivers
