OBS is streaming and not streaming

hi, I have the following problem:
When I stream, the OBS shows that I am live. However, in my TW channel I am offline. I have to start and stop the stream several times until I see my transmission in TW. From time to time the bitrate goes completely to 0. Then I have to restart OBS because I can't stop the stream anymore. And I can only close OBS via the Task Manager. When I then start OBS it tells me that OBS is still running. Then I have to close OBS via the Task Manager section Details by Task quit. After that OBS works again but everything is the same.

I start OBS as admin and have already reinstalled it.

Has anyone had the same experience with OBS and found a solution.

This sounds like computer problems, check your RAM.
