Question / Help OBS is showing in Task Manager, but won't show up.

I recently got a computer from my friend, and I just installed OBS for the first time on it.
It is popping up in the task manager, but I can't get the window to pop up for it.
I checked my drivers, and everything is up to date.
I know some people have this problem, but I haven't seen anyone have a solution for it.
It would be appreciated if I could have some input or help on the matter.

I had that happen when it crashed.
I just right clicked on the process in task manager and ended the process and after that it worked fine.

I've been ending the process and restarting it a few times now, and I still have nothing popping up.
