OBS is Randomly freezing and closing

Randomly when clicking on something in OBS (different scenes, sources, even attempting to get log files) my OBS will quit with no error message at all. I've attempted to watch my CPU Usage, Memory, etc and nothing seems out of the norm. It's getting to the point that if i want to change scenes or do anything after starting stream (or before), I run the risk of my OBS quitting... and this happens 3-4 times a stream.
My last steps are to start reducing framerate, resolution, amount of sources per scene (I have a lot of effects) and reinstalling OBS. However it was my understanding that if this was an issue i would see something in my processes being overloaded.

I would really appreciate any help that could be provided

Just an Update this is still happening. It was recommended for me to completely uninstall my drivers and reinstall and I've even started a new profile as it was said that my profile could be corrupt. I've tried that and rebuilt very slowly and still get the same issue with a fraction of the scenes and sources. I'm about to uninstall and reinstall OBS.

I dont know why no one is responding to at least tell me if i havent included enough details or not the right ones or what ever but iam completely willing to provide anything that could help fix this problem
