Question / Help OBS is picking up desktop audio, but not outputting?

I'm having a problem where obs is picking up my desktop audio(the green bars are all moving), but no desktop audio is appearing on my stream. I'm not sure if this is an OBS issue or a windows issue. I wasn't sure which log file to upload, so I uploaded both of them.
