If they are USB cameras, unplug and plug it back in. Are you shutting down you computer after each service or putting to sleep or hibernating? If returning from sleep or hibernation, sometimes some devices don't get reactivated correctly.
Our cameras are using a Blackmagic design web presenter. Both cameras show up fine on the Blackmagic hub. But only the the front shows up on the computer in OBS. I've unplug, plugged back in and restarted computer. But no luck,
We had a similar problem when we went from a single camera to multiple GoPros for our church setup. We solved it by downloading USBView from Microsoft (it is a debugging tool that is part of the Windows 10 SDK) and figuring out that we had too many cameras on each USB controller. Once we properly distributed the cameras between the controllers, OBS recognized all four cameras.
Not sure if this applies, but there have been recent threads that mentioned needing updated BlackMagic drivers for latest Win10 and OBS [I'm not a BM user, so I haven't followed the details]. If you need more assistance, I'd recommend following the pinned post in this forum
