After a full day of testing I am pretty sure that OBS is not a stereo application. It seems the outputs of each of the four "Audio Tracks" within OBS settings exports a two channel output after being inputed a stereo signal, however both sides (the right and left) of the wave form are exactly the same indicating that the outputs are summed together and do not contain unique stereo information. I also used iZotope "Stereo Imager" VST to look at the Polar level of the stereo image using all 4 of the "Audio Track" outputs and all of them show a straight down the middle graph after recording a stereo signal, indicating a mono signal is being played back.
