Question / Help OBS is not letting noise to my headset when open

I am running OBS Studio 0.16.4 (64bit, windows)

OBS is somehow stopping my game (Spotify/Google Chrome/And any other program) noises from getting to my headset when OBS is open. I notice this when recording my game for my YouTube channel, recording my voice from my headset works just fine too when OBS is running, though.

OBS does let through notifications on my computer from windows action center. And these sounds are recorded too when recording.

This problem showed up before version 0.16.4.

I did not include a log file when making this because I though it was not needed. I can provide one if one is required on a later date.

If anyone has any idea whats wrong please help. :-)

I finally figure out what was wrong, turns out OBS was find. My Bluetooth headphones could not send information and receive information from my PC. At once. Thanks for your help anyways.
