Question / Help OBS Is not displaying my roxio

When i first setup my roxio game capture it was working fine, a few computer restarts later and it doesnt appear on obs even though it appears on the roxio software itself.

Its added by a device capture and here are the settings i have for it

Also my webcam froze on obs so i reset the program and now it isnt picking up my logitech webcam either

And now it wont pick up my fullscreen applications either EG CSGO

I'm having the same problem with the webcam, but it has something to do with the web cam resolution I think.
