OBS is not detecting my second gpu on V27.

Hi, I've been using OBS for a few years now, and I never had this issue unless it was driver related. OBS will not detect my second graphics card as an available card with NVENC. I only use this card to encode and render things in OBS by setting it as its rendering gpu, and since I've only been doing this for a couple of months before the update, I never had an issue. Its not just with the OBS settings under the output tab, but also it wont let me set the rendering gpu either. I'm wondering if its a software issue or, if its just a glitch that could be fixed by starting a new profile in OBS. My GPUs are in a different series but that only causes issues on a driver level, where one of my GPUs wont work because of a driver for either card.

Here's the hardware specifications incase that is important:
CPU: Intel i3 530 LGA 1156
Memory (RAM): 16GB DDR3 10600 1333Mh
Storage: 500 GB HDD
GPU 1: Nvidia Quadro k1200; 4GB GDDR5
GPU 2: Nvidia Geforce GT 710; 2GB GDDR3

I use the GT 710 for encoding.

Thanks
