OBS is not capturing sound from my Blackmagic Decklink Quad HDMI

Hey!

I tested the capture with the blackmagic media express and I got the video and the audio. When I go to OBS, I just get the video. I tried adding as a separate source for the audio and I still couldn't get to work.

It shows as an inactive source.

I can get audio and image from the hdmi of my notebook.

Any help will be much appreciated.
