Question / Help OBS Is making my game choppy.

Essentially the problem is that obs is making the game I play (CS GO) very choppy. It shows around 200 FPS but looks like 20 and is literally unplayable making it impossible to stream. Ive tried windows mode, game capture, display capture messed with some settings in there nothings worked yet. It started happening after the last windows update the other day so I would guess that has something to do with the problem. Thanks in advance for your help.
