What CPU do you have? Your computer probably can't handle real time encoding aka "Recording Videos", recording or streaming videos takes put a lot of weight on your computer and yours probably can't handle it.

How do we check our CPU exactly im not a real techie guy, but if I go to task manager and click CPU thing it says I'm running about 1.50 - 2.5 GHz. My CPU thing also says that my laptop has Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510 U @ 2.00 GHz

Hi! Please post a log from a session where you tried to record Minecraft. Your log will tell us information such as what CPU you have, what recording settings you were using, and some data on performance while recording.

Try using an encoder called "QSV", it can be found in the Output tab. Make sure you're in "Simple" output mode. Make sure the box called "Enable Advanced Encoder Settings" is ticked. Crank you bitrate up to 10000 or 15000. Set your "Encoder Preset" to speed and try to record some footage, see if it's okay now.

sigh. Ok, get OBS Studio and use the settings i gave you.
Ok I have downloaded OBS studio and setup everything you told me to, but when I record it turns black and I can figure a way to fix it. When I close and launch OBS again it says that the program cant start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program but it launches after I click ok

This takes me to a download page with these selections.

vcredist_arm.exe

1.4 MB
vcredist_x64.exe

6.9 MB
vcredist_x86.exe

When I went to download all 3, It told me my Windows 10 isn't capatible with the download.
Does anyone have a suggestion? I use OBS for Facebook LIVE sessions.

Windows would probably not be compatible with vcredist_arm.exe because that's not meant for your processor.

Also, you should probably start your own thread where we can confirm your computer's specs and work with you individually on your specific scenario instead of hijacking this one. When you start your own thread, don't forget to include logs.
