Question / Help OBS is laggy only with certain games

so lately ive been trying to stream a litttle bit of D3 and CSGO but OBS is lagging when i try and stream them. so far its only these 2 games ive had the problem with. my pc can run the games just fine with no lag at all. ive tired messing with the encoding bitrate but that doesnt seem to do anything. idk what to do. can anyone help me?

Limit die FPS in both games should fix it.

do you have 2 game capture sources hooked to d3? leave only one, disable rest
use vsync in game

vsync helped a little but now its really choppy
