Obs is going brrrrrr

Hey guys, since the update, obs don't recognize my elgato HD60S+ and my webcam (C920)...
They both work correctly on 4K capture utility and G HUB.
Already checked the scenes, nothing is supposed to be wrong
(sometime I can see my capture elgato but very dark and with weirds colours.)
Help I rly need it to work correctly

Same is here.. Obs-ndi is not working. I exausted. When u using obs studio close ur 4k capture utility then check. i want recording in 4k capture but only one sofware working not both at the same time. its worst thing. (Sorry my english is not good)
