OBS is freezing Win 11 22h2 (and not only 22h2)

Greetings!
One month ago i've tried to use Windows tweaker to increase perfomance in CS:GO. It is called BoosterX.
When i used it my OBS started freezing 1-5m after i start the stream: but strange that volume display was working and connection to twitch dropped but the scene was frozen.
I've rolled back my Windows and everything was fine.

Yesterday i've updated my Win 11 to 22h2 and same stuff started.

Exactly the same here. At times unable to shutdown normally and need to close via taskbar icon or task manager. Also Windows 11 22H2 and up to date. At times recording fails.
Not streaming just opened to record a bug with a game.
