Question / Help OBS Is Dropping 90% of my frames!!!

I have lowered resolutions as far as I can. I have scaled down as far as I can (I think) I have changed servers and made sure my resolutions are all the same. I have to run in windowed mode to get anything but a black screen and the game resolution is as low as it will go. I am showing that I am dropping over 87% of my frames at ALL TIMES!!! WTF?!?!?!??!

here is a log if anyone can prevent me from shooting my computer with a .357 that would be amazing.

Dropped frames are a network issue, changing local settings won't help with them. Your log doesn't show any, though.
