OBS is crashing during start up.

No issues for months with this setup. No significant changes to Windows 10, or OBS.
When starting the program it freezes immediately. Then the computer shuts down on its own.

Any help? Thank you.

I cannot open OBS. Where can I find an appropriate Crash Report in Windows? Thank you so much for the assistance.

The path is located via:
%appdata%\obs-studio\

Inside you have several folders, one is for the crash reports.
