So I have the HD 60 pro, and I noticed last night when I was recording video from my xbox one-s that my video became really choppy and would skip. When I watched the play back it was just as bad if not worse. I am also looking to record some PC games. The scene I use is grab what the display capture from the monitor I am playing on. I have included a log file.
