Question / Help OBS is bugging my capture card

I'm pretty sure this started with the most recent update as it was working before this. I have an HDPVR2. Recently, once I launch OBS the pass-through on my capture card stops working. I know it's OBS because I had the pass through working before I opened OBS. The second I did, my screen went black. Anyone know what the problem could be?

Also, judging by the way my TV's input flickers on and off, it would appear the capture card is doing the same thing.
