It's being sort of choppy, I don't know why. I never had this problem. Please help?

You're running this on a laptop with integrated graphics. Downscale the video settings and CPU presets and see if it still happens.

Use Nvidia control panel and set OBS to run on your Nvidia GPU.

Your processor may run into problems with software encoding. Fortunately, NVENC is supported by that GPU.

Yes for CPU demanding games. If stuttering persists, cap or sync in-game frame rate.
