Hey y'all, I am new to the forum and I am hoping that I can get some advice. I have the OBS Camera app on my iPhone so that I can plug it into my Mac and run OBS to record my music jam sessions. However, I am experiencing strange occurrences. If the iPhone is not charged up enough, the video will start becoming very laggy and sometimes will just lose connection. It really sucks having to wait for my phone to charge each time to get a use out of it for recording.
In regards to troubleshooting, I have tried literally everything to try and solve this problem. I have restored my OS on my computer and the iPhone as brand new devices. Downloaded the apps on my Mac and iPhone. Still have the same problem. I am confused on whether or not the issue is OBS, my iPhone or my Mac. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
This is my configuration:
iPhone XR
MacBook Pro 15" (Retina Mid 2015) (2.5 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 16GB Memory 1600 MHz DDR3
iRig Stream (For Audio) plugs in USB
