Question / Help OBS & Intel's Turbo Boost

Hello.
I have i5 3210m.
When I launch OBS and start broadcasting I see that my CPU work on 2.9Ghz its a max boost for both cores(according to off. specs), task manager show 70-80% load during this time.
But after a couple of minutes boost just disappearing and freaquency drops to standard max 2.5Ghz, now task manager show 95-100% load, and turbo boost don't activate again.
Whats wrong?

That looks more like thermal throttling than turbo boost turning off.

I have a 3230m. I have it on a laptop cooler with a vacuum vent fan, and it stays at it's highest clock the entire time I'm streaming. If you keep it cool, you should be fine.

So, disappearing under load its not a "feature" of turbo bost, its just a sign of overheating right?

If I remember correctly, turbo is tied to the temperature, so turbo will not kick in if it's the operating temp is too hot.
